Towards Fairer Retirement Outcomes: Health-Related Mortality Modelling

We introduce a State-Based Dynamic Probabilistic Model designed to rethink traditional mortality predictions. By leveraging the Personal-Level Integrated Data Asset (PLIDA), this research aims to improve the accuracy of annuity forecasting and ensure better planning horizons for Australian retirees, ultimately leading to fairer retirement outcomes.
